With the rise of electric vehicles, a home charging point is becoming essential. We provide a complete installation service – from application support to on‑site fitting. We recommend the right charger (7kW single‑phase or 22kW three‑phase, with or without load‑balancing) based on your car and usage, carry out a site survey to choose the best location (considering parking, distance from consumer unit, and cable route aesthetics), run dedicated supply cable (SWA or MICC to BS 7671), install a dedicated RCBO and isolator, mount the charger unit and bracket, and install the earthing system (TT earth rod or TN‑C‑S check). We also assist with documentation for OZEV grant applications. All installations follow the IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment (4th Edition). We perform full electrical tests (earth fault loop impedance, RCD, PE fault protection) and issue a certificate. After installation, we demonstrate operation so you can start charging immediately.
