Just bought a new appliance but lack a suitable socket or find your circuit can’t handle the load? This service is specifically for connecting new appliances and resolving insufficient capacity. We connect all types of domestic appliances – ovens, hobs, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, air conditioning units, and water heaters – using the correct socket or direct connection box. Where necessary, we run a new dedicated circuit from the consumer unit (2.5mm², 4mm², or 6mm² cable) and install the corresponding MCB or RCBO. If your consumer unit has no spare ways, we can upgrade or replace it with a larger model and re‑arrange the circuits. We also assess your existing load and advise on any upgrades needed to prevent future tripping or overload. Post‑installation testing includes polarity, earth loop impedance, and RCD tripping times, and we provide a record of all circuit modifications for your future reference or for property sales.
