This all‑in‑one service is designed for new‑build homes, first‑time occupiers, or properties undergoing full renovation. Our experienced electricians will visit your property and carry out a complete electrical installation covering every room. Works include positioning and fitting all sockets and switches throughout the house (including two‑way switches, dimmers, and USB‑charging sockets), wiring and installing all lighting (chandeliers, ceiling lights, recessed downlights, spotlights, and LED tape), dedicated radial circuits for high‑power kitchen appliances (oven, induction hob, dishwasher), and fitting smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors to meet current regulations. We also upgrade the consumer unit if necessary to ensure full compliance with the 18th Edition of BS 7671. Every installed point is tested and inspected, and we provide a full installation certificate. You supply the light fittings, switches, and sockets; we bring all ancillary materials and labour. Depending on property size, the job typically takes 1‑3 days, during which we protect all floors and furniture and clean up thoroughly on completion.
