Service Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all one‑off immigration legal services provided by IMMIGRATIONELY.COM LTD. We deliver professional digital‑based legal services only; no physical goods or tangible products will be shipped to clients.

1. Service Delivery Method
   All service deliverables including case assessments, legal advice memorandums, application checklists, drafted forms, compliance audit reports and procedural guidance materials are delivered digitally via secure email and authorised online communication channels.
   No postal delivery, courier shipment or physical product dispatch is involved within our service scope.
2. Standard Delivery Timeframes

• Initial case assessment and consultation feedback: 1‑3 working days upon receipt of complete client information
• Standard document drafting and case preparation work: 3‑7 working days
• Complex matters including corporate sponsor compliance, appeal preparation and licence‑related representation: 7‑14 working days, timeline agreed in writing prior to instruction
  These are target turnaround times. Actual timelines may be extended if client‑supplied materials are delayed or the case presents unexpected complexity.

1. Service Commencement
   Work will start only after written agreement of service scope and professional fees, together with completed payment. All services are strictly one‑off project‑based services, without subscription cycles, recurring billing or automatic renewal obligations.
2. Delivery Completion Definition
   Service delivery is deemed completed when all deliverables defined within the agreed written service scope have been transmitted to the client’s provided contact channel. Ongoing Home Office processing periods are separate from our internal service delivery timeline and are controlled by UK government authorities.
3. Governing Law
   This Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. We reserve the right to revise this policy in line with SRA regulatory updates, and changes will be published on our official website.
