  4. One-Off Service & Non-Subscription Policy
All legal services provided by IMMIGRATIONELY.COM LTD are strictly one-off project-based services and non-subscription based.
No service package, legal consultation, application service or compliance service includes automatic renewal, recurring billing, subscription membership or continuous periodic charges. Clients are only charged for the specific legal work scope confirmed in the written service agreement for a single independent case or single service project.
No ongoing monthly or annual subscription fees will be deducted automatically. Any subsequent additional legal work, follow-up services or new case instructions require separate written confirmation and independent one-off fee settlement.
  5. Customised Service & Pre-Work Agreement
Every immigration case is assessed and delivered on a fully bespoke basis tailored to the client’s personal or corporate situation. Prior to the commencement of any legal instruction, the Firm will provide clear written confirmation of the exact service scope, deliverables, professional legal fees, payment terms and applicable legal conditions. No legal work will commence without the client’s confirmed acceptance of the agreed terms.
  6. Fee & Payment Terms
All quoted professional fees cover only the legal service charges agreed for the specified one-off case. Third-party disbursements including but not limited to Home Office application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), document translation fees, certification fees and official administrative charges are excluded from legal service fees and shall be borne separately by the client.
Complex cases, urgent processing requirements, additional document submissions or extended legal representation outside the original agreed scope will be quoted separately as an independent one-off service.
  7. Regulatory Compliance & Professional Standards
The Firm is fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and operates in full compliance with SRA professional conduct rules, UK immigration legislation and Home Office prevailing policies. All legal advice, document preparation, case representation and client communications adhere to strict professional and ethical standards.
