Since 2020, all private rented properties in the UK must hold a valid EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report). This package is designed for landlords to achieve full compliance in one visit. Works include upgrading the consumer unit to a modern RCD/RCBO‑protected board, replacing all outdated sockets with new shuttered ones, checking and replacing ageing light fittings where needed, installing smoke, CO, and heat alarms to meet the minimum requirements, and visually inspecting all accessible wiring. Crucially, we carry out the full EICR testing – insulation resistance, earth continuity, loop impedance, RCD trip times – and issue the formal report, all performed by our NICEIC or NAPIT registered electricians. If any C1, C2, or C3 observations are found, we can rectify them on the spot (additional materials charged separately). This gives you complete peace of mind and avoids fines of up to £30,000 for non‑compliance.
